Do you
believe you can improve your level of success in a chosen
area?
 Research
has shown that people who succeed at getting more out of
life have certain habits that make big differences between
success and failure.
One such habit was observed by researchers at Harvard and
Yale. They asked the final year students if they had set
any goals for their lifetime. What they found in both universities
was that 84% had none, 13% had goals in their head and that
only 3% had written goals.
20 years later, they tracked down the same people to find
out where they were in life. What they found was that the
3% were worth more financially than the other 97% together.
The startling fact was that when the researchers tracked
down all of these people only 10 years later, they discovered
that the 3% were worth more than 10 times the collective
wealth of the 97%. Not only that, but they also led happier
and more fulfilling lives!
So it seems that even if you do nothing other than writing
down what you want, you are putting the balance of success
in your favour. Be aware that the researchers found that
the 3% who had written goals, wrote them in a very specific
way which the average person wasn’t aware of.
