Wealth Tracker – Your own plan for building your wealth

We know how difficult it can be to keep track of your finances especially when it comes to planning your future prosperity and family security. We use a simple but ground breaking product called ‘Wealth Tracker’ that :

• Calculates your current wealth/financial situation
• Predicts your future wealth based on your choices
• Creates action steps to achieve this

Avoid the regret of lost opportunities for increasing your financial security.

A Wealth Tracker Session takes only 2 hours and can be completed over lunch. The effect of different decisions can be assessed immediately and a picture of your wealth in five years is generated.

Your session is facilitated by a trained specialist in wealth creation. Advice can be given in areas such as tax, property, pension and mortgages if required.

W.I.N – The Wealth Improvement Network

Our clients are busy business people.

W.I.N has been created to help you grow your personal wealth in a structured and focused way that saves you time and money. The spine of this unique service is the creation of a plan around your needs and desires. This is then reviewed regularly to ensure the actions agreed are being completed, along with giving specific advice where needed.

As part of the service we also source investment opportunities on behalf of our clients.

Clients also get to meet other like minded individuals as part of the network as they grow their wealth, sharing knowledge and experience along the way. Indeed, we also get our clients to vet investment opportunities with us as part of our due diligence process.

W.I.N is a 12 month service, with the ideal client staying with the service over a number of years to ensure best results.

The starting point for a new client possibly interested in W.I.N, is to do a ‘Wealth Tracker’ session. This session creates a plan over the next 3 to 5 years for an individual’s wealth growth and also identifies the suitability of the client to the W.I.N process.

This service has proved very popular with our clients, as we spend the time finding excellent investment properties that have decent capital appreciation potential. A small finders fee is applied once the client is satisfied.

Tax Incentive Property
We can assist in the acquisition and funding of the property. We also advise on the suitability of the purchase from a tax perspective and ensure the purchase fits with your planned investments.
