What's in a word?

lot of people are put off by the word mission. Probably because many
associate it with the image of a plaque on the wall of an office, and
something that people don't relate to.
We don’t get too
caught up in words. Call it 'Mission', 'Purpose', 'The reason we're
here', or whatever you like, one thing is for certain. Knowing why
you’re in business has a lot of value.
And if you and your team share the same understanding, the impact on morale, service and the bottom line is very noticeable.
