How much do you charge?
This will depend on which service you go for. You’ll
find that for what you get, our fees are very competitive
and we typically can do everything to a high level of quality
in a quicker time frame than others. That’s because
we’ve worked hard at systemising our services so that
our efficiency is excellent. This means you get better value
for money and we minimise your time.
One common theme to all our services is the ‘No results,
No fee’ get out clause. This means that if you don’t
feel you’re getting value, you’re not charged.
Why should I do strategic planning?
Less than 12% of Irish business owners do any form of planning.
This is one of the lowest rates in Europe. Yet they all
agree that it’s vital to do regular planning.
So why don’t they do more of it?
Probably for one or more of the following reasons:
1. They’re too busy to stop and do it.
2. They’ve heard that it costs a fortune
3. It’s not urgent enough to make them stop what their
doing
4. They think it’ll waste a lot of their time
5. They think they know enough themselves to get by
6. They don’t trust ‘consultants’. (with
good cause!)

What kind of results have you achieved
with customers to date?
We are focused on getting results for our clients. Our goal
is to get recurring business every year from our customers
and we’ll only do this if they’re benefiting
from our involvement. Results will vary from client to client
depending on what they’re looking for. Have a read

How do you measure my results?
If you’re a business customer, your results will be
tangible and intangible. The obvious tangibles are turnover,
net profit and customer service levels. Some of the intangibles
will be your motivation levels, your staff’s morale
and your business culture. Over the course of 12 months,
we record the changes in these areas. On a basic level,
the fee for hiring us should be insignificant to the improvement
in your business.
Your level of wealth will be measured every year if you
sign up for our Wealth Creation package and in the area
of ‘Life Balance’, the ultimate measure is
the level of your quality of life.
I’ve done strategy sessions
before with a consultant type before and I thought it
was a waste of money and time. What’s different
about you?
Firstly, we’re not consultants. Our primary function
is to facilitate. This means that we recognise that you
know more about your business and industry than we do. We
don’t spend weeks analysing your business and then
give you a report that tells you what you already knew.
SME businesses don’t need this.
Our specialism is in drawing out of you exactly what
you want and then providing you with simple structures
to achieve it.
Many business owners have had poor experiences with ‘consultant’
types. In our experience, this has led to 3 main concerns
that a Managing Director has before hiring:
1. ‘It will cost me a lot of money’
2. ‘It’s going to take up a lot of my time’
(which is too precious to waste)
3. ‘I’m only going to be told what I already
know’
We do the opposite of the above. Namely:
1. All of our services are up front pricing – you
will not be billed for extra hours.
2. Our sessions range from 2 hours to 1 day.
3. If you’re not happy with what we do for you, then
there is no fee.
Do I have to do sessions in your
office?
No, we can do the sessions anywhere. The advantage of using
our offices is that it saves you the cost of room hire,
which can be pretty expensive these days. We’ve created
a room specifically for client sessions which is comfortable,
air conditioned and all refreshments are provided as part
of the overall fee.

What if I want to hire you but can’t
afford to pay you right now? (e.g. start up business)
We are very flexible with regard to repayments of our fees.
To aid your cashflow we are open to a monthly or quarterly
repayment structure. If you have any other suggestions we’re
open to them.

what if I’m asset rich but cash poor?
Then you’re perfect for our ‘Wealth Tracker’
session. It only takes 3 hours and is one of the best services
we offer. If you do 1 thing this year, this should be it.
